I have been peri menopausal for a number of years and despite being on HRT I was feeling tired, irritable and had gained weight. I also had gall bladder surgery and was uncertain about supplements. I really benefited from regular personal check ins which helped me adhere to plans that Jill devised. The most marked improvements have been that I now regularly sleep through the night, I am more aware of how to balance my diet, and have lost 1/2 stone over 12 weeks without trying. Regarding the irritability …ask my husband but he’s impressed!

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's years ago and asked for Jill's help to manage it through diet and lifestyle. In our time working together, my TSH reading went from 18.3 down to 4.5, all done through diet, lifestyle changes and the supplements you recommended, without any medication. My doctor was shocked and when she saw me said I didn't look like I had a thyroid problem. This was my biggest dream come true!

Returning to work after a 5-year break, especially during menopause, can be daunting. I knew I needed expert help to navigate the demands of my new job while managing hormonal changes. That's when I found Jill.
Jill's personalised approach and support was invaluable. She provided both mental and nutritional support, preparing me for the transition and guiding me through the initial energy dips. She took the guesswork out of healthy eating, making it manageable and enjoyable even amidst hormonal fluctuations.
Jill made healthy eating feel achievable and enjoyable. She took the guilt out of food choices and helped me find the right balance of nutrients for my hormonal changes.
Today, I'm thriving in my new job and have successfully maintained healthy eating habits. I'm even sharing my knowledge with others by teaching healthy cooking classes to pupils!
Huge thanks to Jill for her friendly, non-judgmental approach and her personalised recipes that are both delicious and nourish my body at this stage in my life.

Having suffered from stomach problems (indigestion, bloating etc) for most of my adult life, I had been prescribed a variety of indigestion remedies by various doctors that had long since stopped working. I contacted Jill as a last resort during a particularly bad flare up. I can honestly say she has changed my life. After a thorough ‘getting to know you’ session Jill very quickly assessed what the likely problem was, suggested some tests to get a better picture, and got me on a course of supplements that have since eliminated all of my symptoms and discomfort. If only I had found her sooner! I have since worked with Jill on other issues which she has greatly improved through use of supplements. It’s wonderful to feel better through natural remedies rather than prescription drugs that didn't work for me. Jill is lovely to work with and I would highly recommend her practice.
