I am a Belfast-based naturopath, nutritional therapist, and bioresonance practitioner who specialises in Women’s Health & Hormones. I am dedicated to helping women over 40 navigate the hormonal rollercoaster of perimenopause and menopause with grace, ease, and in great health. I believe that turning 40 is a major milestone as many begin to fully step into their best selves. This is the time when women become more comfortable and confident in their own skin, and their authentic selves start to glow from within.

However, this is also a time when women’s hormones start to change and life becomes more stressful and demanding. Perhaps you cruised through your 30s in good health and normal periods and then things started to unravel as you turned 40. You lose your vitality, it’s more difficult to get a good night’s sleep, your cycle becomes more erratic; you feel tired and wired or just flat out tired. Your health may start to take a hit, and it can be difficult to know where to turn for help and support.

That’s where I come in. My mission is to create a framework of education and support that empowers you to make this hormonal transition as smooth as possible. I will work with you step by step, without overwhelming you, to help you achieve your best health.
