Whatever the symptom, it’s your body’s way of communicating with you, and it’s definitely worth paying attention to.

Officially, there are 34 different signs and symptoms unique to perimenopause. However, I’ve created a quiz using just a few simple questions to help you work out whether your body’s signals are due to hormonal shifts common in perimenopause.

This quiz is the first step understanding what’s going on in your body and once you know, you can make some changes to get back on track to feeling your best self again. So grab a cup of tea, find a cozy spot and let’s get started!
